About this Property

Located in one of Atlantic Beach's newest OCEANFRONT Buildings (2015). The unit has PRIVATE GAZEBO ACCESS to 600 ft of Pristine, SECLUDED BEACH. Feel peaceful walks, shelling, sunbathing, and sunset walks along the beach! Feel the new wind and gaze out into the Sea while savoring your morning coffee or evening glass of wine at one of the Gazebos or seating areas on the 2nd floor outdoor space. Coastal Bicycle Path is also available for running, cycling, or walking.

Our visitors' safety and appreciation are our number one priority and the space is professionally cleaned and thoroughly sanitized before your stay. This is a SMOKE-COMPLIMENTARY Oceanside Complex. (The overhead satellite photos show how close you will stay to the beach as well as the location of your space within the building).

The interior includes a queen bed, queen size couch sleeper, a kitchenette w/ appliances, flat screen TV, and WiFi. Ideal for couples, singles, and families with modest children. An Outdoor Pool, Enormous Grassy Area, 3 Charcoal BBQ Grills, 2 Gazebos, and a fish cleaning station are available to visitors.

This is a shorefront complex but your unit faces the road side of the complex and does NOT have a Direct Sea View. Have the comfort of driving right up and parking right in front of your unit! You can appreciate Sea vistas from the wraparound public balcony on the 2nd floor, and from the two Gazebos overlooking the Sea (as shown in the photos).

There is no daily maid service but towel swap outs can be arranged for $10 upon request (paid directly to the housekeeper). There is a coin operated laundry room on site for longer stay visitors.

Secure Free WiFi is included for your appreciation. Many local eateries/stores are within walking distance. Dollar General is across the street and Food Lion is a mile away. Additional eateries, a movie theater, and a shopping center are a brief drive away.

Ideal hideaway for a charming weekend, or a family getaway ...watch dolphins splash from the oceanside gazebo ... don’t miss the sunset over the sea waves .... walk the sandy beach ... build a sandcastle with the children ... surf cast for one of the many varieties of fish in our sea waters ... watch surfers hang ten.... Jet-ski or Parasail ... take a jog, or ride your bicycle on the new Atlantic Beach bicycle trail ... feel the wind through your hair on the new Cape Lookout ferry... check out the wild Spanish ponies of Shackleford Banks.... take the children to the new Atlantic Beach recreation park... and don't forget the ridiculous NC Aquarium!

Suitability/Homeowners Rules:
- This is a SMOKE COMPLIMENTARY COMMUNITY. (You may not smoke on the unit to include balconies and gazebo's).
- Family Animals and Animals (Including Emotional Support and Service Animals) are not allowed per Homeowners Rules.
- Max 4 visitors including infants. (Max 3 adults recommended).
- 2 cars max.
- No boats or trailers allowed to park on the premises.
- Pool open seasonally subject to management's discretion (usually May to early October)
- Facilities only for registered visitors to include beach access, pool, and parking area.
