About this Property

This 2nd floor BEACHFRONT studio condo with DIRECT BEACH ACCESS is located in Atlantic Beach's newest Beachfront complex. You can experience peaceful walks, shelling, sunbathing, surf fishing, and sunset walks on on 600 ft of Pristine SECLUDED BEACH. Savor the Sea Wind while sipping your morning coffee or evening glass of wine on one of the Gazebo seating areas while gazing out at the Sea. The Coastal Bicycle Path is also available for running, bicycle rides, and walking.

Our visitors' safety and happiness are our number one priority and the space is professionally cleaned and thoroughly sanitized before your stay. There is no "shared air" as there is no enclosed lobby and the unit has an individual wall mounted a/c unit. This is a SMOKE-COMPLIMENTARY Oceanside Complex. The aerial photo shows how close you will stay to the beach as well as the location of your space within the building.

The interior includes a queen bed, queen size couch sleeper, a kitchenette w/ appliances, flat screen TV, and WiFi. Ideal for couples, singles, and families with modest children. An Outdoor Pool, 3 Charcoal BBQ Grills, 2 Gazebos, and a fish cleaning station are available to visitors.

This is a shorefront complex but your unit is located on the outward side of the building facing neighboring complex and does NOT have a Direct Sea View. Have the appreciation of driving right up and parking right in front of your unit! You can savor Sea vistas from the wraparound public balcony on the 2nd floor, and from the two Gazebos overlooking the Sea (as shown in the photos).

There is no daily maid service but towel swap outs can be arranged for $10 upon request (paid directly to the cleaning service). There is a coin operated laundry room on site for longer stay visitors.

Secure Free WiFi is supplied for your appreciation. Many local eateries/stores are within walking distance. Dollar General is across the street and Food Lion is a mile away. Additional eateries, a movie theater, and a shopping center are a brief drive away.

Ideal hideaway for a charming weekend, or a family getaway ...watch dolphins splash from the oceanside gazebo ... don’t miss the sunset over the sea waves .... walk the sandy beach ... build a sandcastle with the children ... surf cast for one of the many varieties of fish in our sea waters ... watch surfers hang ten.... Suitability/Homeowners Rules:
- This is a SMOKE COMPLIMENTARY COMMUNITY. (There are 2 designated smoking areas on either side of the unit).
- Animals and Animals are not allowed per Homeowners Rules.
- Max 4 visitors including infants. (Max 3 adults recommended).
- 2 cars max.
- No boats or trailers allowed to park on the premises.
- Pool open seasonally subject to management's discretion (usually May to early October)
- Facilities only for registered visitors to include beach access, pool, and parking area.
