This pretty two bedroom, two bathroom, top (third) floor condo offers all the amenities of home and the serenity of heaven. Soak in the sun and relax while watching the dolphins and listening to the rolling waves.

The Condo includes completely supplied kitchen, wet bar, TV’s and DVD player, surround sound system, books and games, deck furnishings, and high speed WIFI. There are two Bedrooms with Queen size beds and a Queen size Pullout Couch, sleeping six people comfortably with plenty of room remaining throughout the property. Travel Crib available on request. The master suite offers an adjoining huge whirlpool bathtub and walk-in shower. Full size washing machine and dryer in Unit.

The private complex offers two gated pools (open April 1 - October 31), tennis court, community grilles and private beach access just steps from the deck. Extremely family friendly area with extraordinary beaches and plenty of fun activities for all age groups.

All property cleaning, laundering of bed linens and towels is supplied in the cleaning fee.

Please note that the towels supplied are not to be removed from the property. Guests are required to provide their own beach and pool towels.  In the event that bed linens or towels are stained, and the stains do not wash out, guests will be charged for for replacement linens/towels.

In an effort to help guests feel safe while staying at our property, we are following comprehensive cleaning and disinfecting guidelines between stays. We recommend removing shoes when entering the property and leaving them at the entrance (if possible, outside). We have implemented social distancing policies during check-in and check-out, and provide contactless, keyless access for all guests.

Emerald Isle offers family fun for everybody including miniature golf, go carts, water slide, great shopping in Emerald Plantation, movie theater, eateries that include everything from pizza to burgers to Seafood. The Bogue Inlet Pier is a must place to visit and see the "catch of the day." If you just want to relax, pull up a chair and appreciate the ocean waves while reading a good book.

Emerald Isle also offers a Public Boat Ramp (no costs) located at Jean Preston Park about mid-way on the island. (near Chapel by the Sea). There is a pier, playground and public bathrooms located there too. There are multiple kayak launch areas and parks within the city limits, including a Sound front park with dock located on Coast Guard Road and one on Cedar St. (great to go crabbing). Appreciate Surf Fishing all along the 12 mile stretch of the handsome island. There is a Fishing Gear store and numerous Convenience Stores that offer bait, hooks and other fishing items. Remember that a Fishing License is required to Surf Fish, but anyone can savor fishing from the Bogue Inlet Fishing Pier by purchasing a pass for the day or week.

Check out Publix grocery store located beside Emerald Plantation or Snapper's Restaurant (used to be Jordan's Seafood), and the North Carolina Aquarium at Pine Knoll Shores while here also.

  • June, July, and August are high season in Emerald Isle. To book the largest vacation home for your budget, we strongly suggest reserving in the Spring or Fall. You'll enjoy lower rates, greater selection, gorgeous weather and the absence of large crowds at your favorite restaurants and activities. Many vacationers use this strategy to find larger homes within budget, or to reserve a beach front vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during June, July, and August.
  • The sooner your group can reserve a vacation rental, the easier your search will be. The best vacation homes are reserved very early. Reserving your rental 6-12 months before your vacation is recommended. Holiday gatherings are excellent times to search for and reserve your vacation home.
  • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property owner whether your group qualifies for a price reduction or discount.
  • Property managers usually offer their guests an option to buy vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which costs between 1% - 5% of the base stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for days missed as a result of personal medical-related catastrophes or weather, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation charges, such as an unexpected hotel overnight or additional gas expenses.   • Property managers are available to help! Don't be shy to ask any questions during your stay.
  • Respecting late-night quiet hours and parking policies can make a stay more pleasurable. Be a good neighbor. You will magnify your chance to make local friends, and resident neighbors can be an excellent resource to find the best local scenic spots.
  • Don't forget to... Ask a local resident! Neighbors can often point you in the right direction. Who better to ask where to find the best bike paths, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for shopping?
  • Keep the property locked while you're away! Don't let burglars spoil your vacation.
  • Re-check every room of the rental property to make sure that you've packed all belongings at check-out. Remember to check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden treasure. Clean the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Inspect the property a final time and look for damage. We suggest walking through with the property manager whenever possible. If the host is not available, take pictures of the rental to record its condition.
  • Did your group have a excellent stay? Most rental websites make it easy for travelers to provide reviews. If your rental property and/or property manager was terrific, they always love to hear your praise.
