About this Property

Please look at the new photos of my condo (and favorite place on earth) following a 6 month modernization project due to Hurricane Florence! This condo has a completely new kitchen with bespoke cabinets, granite countertops and all new appliances. There is new paint, new carpet in all bedrooms and new wood floors all through. And did I mention there are amazing water vistas from every room, including all three bedrooms?!!
Located between the oceanside towns of Morehead City and Beaufort, the condo is in a private, gated condominium and marina community, offering a remarkable place to rest, relax and relish the Crystal Coast of North Carolina. Located on the sixth floor, our corner unit has awe-inspiring 270 degree vistas of the Beaufort harbor, the intercostal waterways, Taylor's Creek and Atlantic Sea. On our big wrap around balcony, you can watch the dolphins feeding, see the famed Shackleford ponies grazing on Carrot Island, spot a sea turtle, see the feathered friends soaring at eye lever and adore continuous boat traffic between Beaufort's harbor and the intercoastal waterways.

The niceties include a salt water pool, hot tub, beach access, and a marina. Travel and Leisure magazine has voted Beaufort, NC as America's favorite beach town (2014), #1 favorite modest town (2015) and America's most charming town (2016).

There are so many marvelous eateries in the area. I am listing a few of my personal favorites: Beaufort- Front Street Grille at Stillwater, City Kitchen and Beaufort Grocery. In Morehead City - Ruddy Duck Tavern, Red Fish Grille, Full Circle Cafe are close by and Ioanni's Grille, which is a casual sports bar on Hwy 70.

Money-saving Tips

  • Search for the tourism bureau in the area you wish to travel. Most established tourism bureaus will send you tourism guide books with special offers for accommodations, dining and tours. Be on the lookout for these books and coupon books, as this allows visitors to discover the very same attractions at a substantial discounted.
  • Flexible about when you can take a trip? Shoulder seasons special offer terrific savings.
  • Are you a armed forces veteran? A number of rental companies offer markdowns to veterans and active-duty military. Make sure to confirm with property manager to see if your visiting group qualifies for a markdown.
  • Some homes are particularly suited for specific types of guests. Large event homes are great for weddings, receptions and corporate meetings. Some rentals cater to wildlife enthusiasts. Other rentals are positioned close to nightlife. Make sure to prioritize your proximity to the adventures and points of interest you are most excited about.
  • Give thought to investing in trip insurance with your leasing agreement. Trip insurance, which generally costs somewhere between 1% - 5% of the basic rental cost, provides vacationers reimbursement of their trip costs for any missed due to medical emergencies or hurricanes, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation costs or expenses, such as an unforeseen motel stay or additional gasoline. Trip insurance might just be a bank account-saver if the unforseen happens (heaven forbid!).

Otherwise, speak to the property owner before you book.

Exactly What Are You Willing to Spend?

Many rental homes are advertised with a cost range. Confirm the cost for your desired week. It may be at the top end of the range. If many groups or families are sharing the cost, confirm that each group knows their obligation and has approved a maximum they are willing to contribute. Let's Talk Amenities

What property features is the group looking for? Is a pool reallynecessary?Do you want a rental home with outdoor dining area? Will the property need to be beachfront, the downtown area, or near wildlife?
