About this Property

***Just Picture Yourself Here***

"It's an painless one for people who live in the mid-Atlantic, like my family. I appreciate this town in the Crystal Coast because it's so family-friendly and remains under-touristed. You'll primarily see shorefront rental homes here, which make great places to hole up for a safe, socially distanced hideaway—the beaches have great water for swimming and body boarding, and you'll be hard-pressed to get within 50 yards of another beach-goer. Finally? It's a straight shot down I-95 before you cut east via the Carolina Highway, making it a drive-able destination without too much traffic."—Corina Quinn, city guides director

Begin Your Search Early

Like many renowned destinations, In Beaufort, NC the best vacation rentals are booked early. Booking your rental property 6-12 months in advance is usually recommended, whenever possible. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years are excellent times to find and reserve your rental..

Pick your Area and Travel Week

How Much Rental Do You Need?

Keep a list of attendees. How many beds and bedrooms will you need? Remember that that a lot of vacation rentals list maximum guest capacity, which oftentimes includes sofa beds in the living room space. It is important to determine what is most appropriate for your party. Most rental home listings will outline each one of the unit's specific bedrooms and mattresses.

Decide on Your Budget

Does the chosen rental property fit your budget during that choice Summer week? Make sure that you get cost-sharing commitments from friends and family before booking a pricey vacation property. Most of the time, one person in the group will be liable for making the whole reservation and recovering each family member's contribution.

Let's Discuss Amenities

What property features is your family interested in? Are you looking for a rental property with patio kitchen? Are you more interested in wildlife or night life? Are extras like beach chairs, gas grills, beach umbrellas, buggies or coolers at your disposal and included in your rental charge? Create a list of priority amenities to facilitate filter your search.

  • Remember to be a good next-door neighbor. Locals will be as friendly to you as you are respectful of them. Remember the golden rule and treat others the same way you'd like to be treated by vacationers next to your home.
  • Ask a local. Local people may point you in the right direction. Who better to ask where to get the best pizza, have a great date night, or the best spots for shopping?
  • Be sure to protect the rental owner (and your stuff!) by keeping the vacation rental secured while you are away, exactly like you would in your own home.

At the end of your stay
