Wake up in the morning with a serene, broad view of the beach in peaceful Pine Knoll Shores. “Bella Vita” is a voluminous, shorefront townhome in Sea Grove, within the big resort area of Beacon’s Reach. Bella Vita offers two beach-side decks with enough furnishings to accept alfresco dining. The townhome has been newly modernized with new appliances and furnishings; including beds. The kitchen is very well supplied as the owners spend multiple months here each year and adore to prepare; especially the generous variety of seafood that is effortlessly available in the area. Bella Vita has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The fourth bedroom (2 bunk beds) is also a “beach room” or den that the children or young at heart will especially adore. The pool is literally about 50 yards from the front door. You will appreciate the fact that the unit is a townhome with no units above or below you and no elevator needed.

Pine Knoll Shores is nearly an undiscovered bliss on Bogue Banks; sandwiched between the much busier beaches of Emerald Isle and Atlantic Beach. The town is relatively modest as it was once a nature preserve, owned for decades by descendants of the Theodore Roosevelt family. The town actively protects the maritime forests here and our parking tons are not acres of hot concrete but are modest and shaded. Beacon’s Reach offers miles of natural walking/cycling trails and streets as well. The North Carolina Aquarium at Pine Knoll Shores is a 5 min. drive. Also the interesting towns of Beaufort and Morehead City are very close by. They both offer alluring waterfront downtowns for strolling and an array of exemplary dining options.

Sea Grove owners are a tight knit group and there are only a few units available for rental so it is important to be respectful of all residents. Because of low density and lack of close by public accesses, the beach is virtually never busy unlike other Bogue Banks locations. Bella Vita is an superb choice for a calming beach hideaway. Occupancy is stringently limited to 8 individuals. We rent to family groups, married couples, or mature adults over the age of 25. We do not, under any circumstances, rent to groups for proms, graduations, college home events, etc. Misrepresentation will result in immediate eviction without refund.

1. Damage Protection Insurance – For an additional $79.00, this plan covers up to $3,000 in unintentional damages to the rental unit that may occur during your stay. Report the damage to us, we’ll take care of the rest!
2. Security Deposit - $1,000 is rapidly charged at time of renting. If the unit is left undamaged, keys & parking passes returned, your security deposit will be refunded within 45 days after check out.
