C Life is a cavernous, well accommodating home with great vistas and a private pool! What more could your group need than living and dining space for everybody? There are bedroom and bathrooms galore and all are furbished with bliss in mind. The decks are also completely decorated, welcoming and covered so calming outdoor in the shade on a pretty sunny afternoon is definitely possible! The private pool will have a entirely decorated pool outdoor space and can be heated for an additional upcharge.

The ground level of the home is where the fun happens! There is a big screened porch cloistered by charming island oaks where you are sure to hear the close by sea waves. The garage offers a ping pong table, foosball, and parking for the golf cart (also for your use). House entry from this level is through the garage which makes it that much easier to get your groceries to the kitchen because the dumbwaiter access is just steps away. There is a queen bedroom with a private bath as well as a bunk room with 2 pyramid bunk beds (twin over double) and a couple arcade games for those who may want to play well into the nighttime. 

Up one level to the bedroom level. The comprehensive Master Suite is to the left and is complete with sitting area, soaking tub, standing shower, and outdoor space access.  The additional king bedroom with private bath is straight ahead and then another bedroom with a queen bed and private bath is to the right.  The laundry room with full sized washer and dryer is readily located just down the hall. 

The third level is above the tree line which means vistas galore! The living room and dining room offer seating for all and the newly refreshed kitchen is sure to accommodate the chefs of the group. There is a half bath for everybody to use just off the dining area. The bedroom located on this floor is furbished with a queen bed and has access to a private, full bath.

Another dazzling perk is that this home is pet friendly! Come with your furry family member along. There is a $150 nonrefundable pet fee with a max. of 2 dogs allowed.

A full linen / towel set up is supplied within the price quoted for a full week, and your beds will be made before your arrival. The option for a mid-stay linen exchange or cleaning is available as an add-on once your reservation has been made.
