About this Property

This place is especially designed for the beach feels, and to really appreciate : a siesta for sure! Some of our favorite things are the patio for charming sunrises and coffee time, the striking vistas even inside the condo, the simple access (walk or bicycle) to EI stores and eateries, and of course, a very fast walk to the handsome beach! The pool is newly modernized with lounge chairs and tables/chairs on the deck. We've set up the condo to be comfortable and have some nice amenities, including plantation shutters, swivel bar stools, laundry/pantry right off the kitchen, well outfitted kitchen, keyless entry, and more.

The covered front entrance has room for all your beach gear (chairs, boards, beach toys). Bicycle racks are below on ground level. When you come into the condo, you'll have one queen bedroom and an attached full-sized bath with hall access. The kitchen has all your cooking and dining needs, including a 4-seater table and a bar with 3 swivel stools. Off the kitchen is the "lantry"--laundry/pantry room, with shelves, microwave, and full-size washer/dryer. The living room overlooks the ocean, and has a SMART TV with cable access. The 2nd bedroom is very cavernous, and includes 2 double beds, a chair and ottoman, and sizable mirrored dresser. This bedroom has a private attached full bathroom.
The patio provides impressive ocean vistas with the polywood high top table and adirondack high top chairs.

This condo is in Queen's Court. It's not a high-rise (only 3 units tall), with elevators, and has 4 buildings. We are in the 2nd building (1 row back from ocean front), but the angle of the condos makes you have a very nearly oceanfront view and experience. The walk to the ocean is about 2 mins. from door to sand. The condo is well-kept and in a great community. Many of our neighbors live here full-time. There is not a lot of rental traffic through here, making for peaceful, calming hideaway.

Vacation rental booking tips and tricks:

Find your perfect rental:

  • Reserve your Beaufort, NC vacation in Spring or Fall to enjoy gorgeous weather while saving money and avoiding crowded roads, restaurants, and activities.
  • Reserve your vacation home as soon as possible. Rental schedules generally open a year in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many families reserve their Summer rental homes during Thanksgiving and Christmas gatherings. Book before these holidays for best selection.
  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective vacation rental company or host if your group qualifies for a price reduction.
  • Property managers usually offer customers an option to add trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which normally costs 1% - 5% of the base reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for days missed as a result of medical-related issues or weather, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation charges, such as an unexpected hotel stay or additional fuel expenses. Trip insurance might be a a bank account-saver if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your property manager for more information.
  • Find a copy of your local visitors guide when you arrive at the rental property. If your rental property doesn't have one, you can find them at local grocery stores and visitor centers. In addition to great local stories, visitor guide magazines have deals for local tours and attractions.

Use filters to narrow your search:

  • Choose dates and spending budget.
  • Determine how many bedrooms and what type of bedroom configuration your group requires. Ocean Views & Well-Equipped condo, in the Heart of Emerald Isle has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
  • Precise descriptions of bedrooms and bed counts & types is usually accessible online. If they are not listed, email the host before you book the vacation property. Remember that most listings specify the max. guest capacity, which usually includes sofa beds in living rooms. You will need to work out what configuration is suitable for your vacation family.
  • Visiting for a single attraction or event? Try a map search to locate nearby properties.
  • Appropriate accessibility can make or ruin a vacation for guests that require the use of a wheelchair. Make certain to inquire about specialized equipment and wheel chair accessibility.
  • Do your family pets travel with you? Many vacation homes allow animals, but guidelines and restrictions apply. Allowable pet type, breed, and size are often limited. Make sure to ask before booking, and study your rental agreement! Pet fees or charges might be applied to your contract.

More tips for your visit:

  • We recommend storing the manager's information in your smartphone.
  • Record any issues with the rental upon arrival, and immediately send them to the host. We especially recommend e-mails and text messages, as they usually contain time stamps that can be very helpful if there is a dispute.
  • Hosts are available to help! Feel free to ask any questions during your stay.
  • Respect your neighbors. Often times, surrounding homes are occupied by local residents. Respecting quiet hours and parking rules reduces conflict and allows everyone to enjoy their day.
  • Don't forget to... Ask a local! Local residents can usually point you in the right direction. Who better to ask where to get the best seafood, have a great night out, or the best spots for BBQ?
  • Protect the owner (and your stuff!) by locking the property while you are away, just like you would at home.
  • When it's time to leave, take a walk-through to make sure you did not forget anything. Make sure to check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden belongings. Clean out the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Document the condition of the property at check-out. We recommend taking a video during your final walk-through.
  • Did your family have a wonderful time? Most rental management companies make it easy for guests to provide reviews. If your rental property and/or property manager was wonderful, they would love to hear about it. If anything was wrong and they failed to fix it in a reasonable manner, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make it a point as part of your review.
