About this Property

Fairwinds West; It's all about LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! This enormous duplex is located just across from the beach access and community pool, which you have access to during your stay.

This home is a dog-friendly (max of 2) 2nd row, sea view, duplex where your family can sit back and appreciate. There is a $150 per week/per dog pet fee charged.

On the ground level, you will find the laundry room, half bath, and garage with the second refrigerator.

Up the stairs to the 2nd level is the freshly refreshed King Master with hard surface floor and private bath. Also, on this level is a room with a queen bed and a bunk room furbished with a pyramid bunk (twin/double). Both of these rooms share a hall bath.

The 3rd level has a cavernous open floor plan that encompasses the living, dining, and kitchen... as well as great vistas from all directions! This space has been updated, the living and dining room boast hard surface floor, fashionable furnishings, while the kitchen has new appliances and counter tops. The bedroom off the kitchen has a queen bed and private bath that offers a soaking tub and separate shower.

Practical extras: WiFi, gas grille, additional refrigerator, and new flat screen TVs throughout, kid gate for 3rd level

Fairwinds West rents weekly Sunday through Sunday during the summer seasons with flexible arrival/departure days during the Fall, Spring, and Winter months.

A full linen / towel set up is supplied within the price quoted for a full week, and your beds will be made before your arrival. Linen for a stay less than a week is optional and not included in the pricing. The option for a mid-stay linen exchange or cleaning is available as an add-on once your reservation has been made.
