Stunning New Oceanside Duplex! This duplex is back to back, not side by side, and does not have the feel of a duplex. Each side of Duplex has its own private driveway, parking, and porches that face different directions. If you are planning a generous family gathering this duplex has doors to connect both sides which can increase your sleeping capacity to 28 (or more if modest children). It is one of the few homes on the island with such a sizable sleeping capacity and sufficient off street parking. Each side has it's own elevator and covered parking for appreciation when arriving and departing with suitcases and groceries. Each side also has it's own tank less hot water heater so everybody will have a hot shower when returning from the beach.

Top floor includes a additional room including 4 single beds, lounge area and bath (ideal for all of the children or teenagers.)
