It is one of the few homes on the island with such a sizable sleeping capacity and sufficient off street parking. Each side has it's own elevator and covered parking for appreciation when arriving and departing with suitcases and groceries. Each side also has it's own tank less hot water heater so everybody will have a hot shower when returning from the beach.
