Plenty of seating with a 10 top dining table, 6 top breakfast bar and a kitchen table that seats 4. 8 intelligent TV’s with Spectrum cable streaming service, Hi-Speed WIFI with boosters, 2 laundry areas (top floor and game room level), pack & play, hair dryers, central heat and air-zoned on all 3 levels, ceiling fans, 2 master suites located on the top floor with private upgraded tile walk in showers (one with double shower heads) both with double sinks and access to the oceanfront deck to capture the sunrise and sunsets! Appreciate the furnished covered porch with gate and huge furnished deck around pool. Outside H/C shower, garage for guest use, additional parking area, gas grille with direct gas connect, conveniently located by the pool, tankless hot water heater, reverse osmosis water system and water softener.
