Pretty, enormous beach getaway in highly sought-after Emerald Isle. Unwind and savor vistas of both the sea and the sound. Ideal for families.

The unit starts on the second floor, which includes a sitting area with a 65" intelligent TV, couch, desk, and full-size washer/dryer. This area is the ideal additional space for the children to eat lunch after a alluring day at the beach and appreciate books and games included or ideal for working from 'home.' This floor is also home to both guest rooms - one with a queen bed and one with bunk beds (twin on top, full on the bottom). The bunk room includes an en suite bath. An additional sizable full bath is on this floor as well.

When you make your way up to the next level, you'll arrive at a sizeable 3rd-floor living/kitchen area with a 10-foot outdoor space overlooking Bogue Sound. Off the kitchen/living area is the master bedroom, master bath with his and hers sinks, separate jetted tub, and walk-in shower. The master suite also includes a private 10-foot outdoor space overlooking the sea. Intelligent TVs are in both the downstairs living area and the 2nd-floor living area.

The three-story home is a duplex but includes divided porches for privacy. Sea and sound vistas from 4 enormous decks!

The nearest beach access is only 0.5miles on Sea Drive. Just a 3-min. walk to the sea side beach.

The sound is located just across the street behind Flip Flops clothing store.

For the protection of the home, security cameras have been placed on the exterior of the unit. The footage is not monitored and is only viewed in the event of an incident.
