About this Property

"Beach Life" is a completely remodeled bungalow located just steps from the beach. Walk out the door and across the street to the beach access located at the end of the street. It's about a hundred steps to have sand between your toes.

This 2 bedroom/1 bath beach getaway is the north side of a duplex and an just right hideaway for couples and modest families. The home is ground level so there are no stairs to climb. The home was completely refurbished a few years ago. Some of the updates and additions include, new ceramic tile floors in the kitchen and bath, new carpet in the bedrooms and living area a thoroughly new kitchen and appliances, new bathroom fixtures, a new central heat/air system, new washer and dryer, and an enclosed hot/cold outdoor shower.

Family Animals allowed with $150 non-returnable fee (2 max., 35 lb. limit).

***Full week units are from Sunday to Sunday***

THIS IS A NON-SMOKING UNIT.

The unit is also just across from the Bogue Sound at the opposite end of the street. There is a public water access there too, which is a good place to launch a kayak or just discover the sound.

A paved bicycle and walking path that spans the full length of Emerald Isle runs alongside Emerald Dr just to the north of the unit.

The North Carolina Aquarium is located roughly 7 miles away and the Bogue Inlet Fishing Pier is roughly 5 miles away. In addition there are many other close by activities. These include: Golf, Kayaking, Fishing, Shopping, Boating, Sightseeing, Miniature Golf, and a Movie Theater, to name a few.

Beach Life is located in a residential/beach neighborhood. Emerald Isle is a family beach with no close by hotels.

Linens are included by a local linen company for a fee of $80 and are delivered to the unit before arrival. A linen package includes sheets for all beds, bath towels, washcloths, a bath rug, and kitchen towels and dishcloths.
