About this Property

Nicely finished first floor condo, only one flight of stairs to walk up or use the elevator. Our oceanfront balcony overlooks the walkway to the beach and the sea.

Just a few steps away to a heated pool, hottub and kiddie pool. If you need a change, across the street is access to the sound side sea club pool and hottub. A classy walk on the sound side dock or just sitting and listening to the calming lapping of the waves.

The master bedroom has a inviting king size bed, the second bedroom a queen size and in an additional room a twin/full bunk bed with TV and PS3 gaming system.

The community feels very safe with security patrolling sound and sea side, as well as local police patrolling neighborhoods all over the island.
