About this Property

You won't find a better location in the heart of Downtown New Bern- on the water, with marvelous vistas! The entire Yacht will be yours for your stay! Ideal for a friends get away, couples traveling together, or keep the entire space for yourself! Step off of the Yacht and walk to everything New Bern has to offer! Watch the pretty sunrises off of the back, (Stern of the boat) while appreciating your morning coffee. Watch the boat traffic come and go with the opening of our drawbridge. You may catch a glimpse of the train coming over the river on the trestle bridge! Your accommodation will have three separate outdoor areas, two covered, for you to gather and appreciate!
Eateries galore are right at your footsteps. The walkway at the Marina will take you under the drawbridge into cute Union Park. You won't need to drive your car your entire stay. But if you choose to venture out Atlantic Beach is right down Highway 70, a fast 40 min. drive. Walk down to Tryon Palace, soak in it's history and it's gardens. Did we mention New Bern is the home of Pepsi ! It literally was invented in our town, discover the local Pepsi shop and the articles about it's origin. So much to do and see.
A few things to note: As listed, the yacht is located on the water. It is secure in it's slip. With tides coming and going, and water traffic, the boat will move/ rock back and forth at times. Most of the time it will rock you off to sleep! Also to gain access to the yacht you will be walking up a few steps. Also our listing states a total of 4 visitors. We do have a pull out couch in the living area. Please contact / message us for more information on this.
