The Ocean is only a 5 min. walk from this Sound-front home, conveniently close enough to walk back to the home for lunch! Finest of both worlds! The nightly sunset vistas over the sound are fantastic. And a public access to the Sound is just a half block away.

Level One: Master Bedroom with a King Bed, Full Bath, TV and DVD Player, & Access to Deck with a view of the Sound. Study/Sitting Room with a Twin Sleeper Couch (no linens supplied), Wardrobe, Pocket Doors that close for Privacy, Desk for Computer use. Bring your own Computer. Free Wi-Fi. Another Full Bath, Great Room-Living/Dining area with 40" Flat Screen-TV, Giant Open Kitchen, Laundry-Washer and Dryer. Sunroom has Tables/Chairs for 8, sitting areas, kid Little Tyke Table, Screens on Windows to make it more like a screened in porch when wanted.
