When to book & When to go:

  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months in coastal NC. To get the most suitable rental home for your budget, we recommend booking in the Fall or Spring shoulder seasons. You'll enjoy lower rental rates, greater selection, beautiful weather and the absence of large crowds at Beaufort, NC restaurants, tours, and activities.
  • The earlier your group can book a rental home, the better your selection will be. The best rental homes are booked early. Reserving your vacation property six - twelve months before your vacation dates is recommended. Winter holidays are excellent times to plan and reserve your vacation home.
  • Hosts and Property managers sometimes offer discounts for veterans. Make sure to check with your property manager to see if special offers are available for your family.
  • Property managers usually offer customers an option to obtain vacation insurance protection.
