This well- appointed duplex is located on a high lot and has an inverted floor plan. The Ocean Vistas are extraordinary! The top floor is an open concept floor plan which consists of the great room, dining (seating for 8), kitchen & furnished deck with rockers, 2 bar height chairs and table. This level also has a Queen bedroom and a shared full bath with walk-in shower, accessible from the bedroom and hall. Entirely equipped kitchen with breakfast bar seating for 4, stove, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator with ice maker, coffee maker, Keurig and toaster.
