Sea Winds East is a 2nd row (semi-ocean front) duplex that is only 1 lot from the ocean on a cul-de-sac (low traffic) with GREAT vistas on all levels. Direct beach access via boardwalk. 4 bedrooms + a additional room (ground level) and 4 bathrooms. K*Q*Q*Q * 2S, Futon. This well- appointed duplex is located on a high lot and has an inverted floor plan. The Ocean Vistas are extraordinary! The top floor is an open concept floor plan which consists of the great room, dining (seating for 8), kitchen & furnished deck with rockers, 2 bar height chairs and table. This level also has a Queen bedroom and a shared full bath with walk-in shower, accessible from the bedroom and hall. Entirely equipped kitchen with breakfast bar seating for 4, stove, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator with ice maker, coffee maker, Keurig and toaster. The middle floor features the principal King bedroom with private ensuite (sizable jetting tub, double sinks, and separate walk-in shower) & a private furnished deck with ocean vistas. There are also 2 Queen bedrooms on this level with a hall full bath with tub/shower and washer/dryer located in the hall closet. The ground level features the additional room with TV and games, 2 Twins and a Full Futon and a full bath with walk-in shower. Enclosed outdoor hot/cold shower.
