Ground Level: Garage, Game room with pool table and TV, Kitchenette with refrigerator and microwave, Media room with a 90" Flat Screen HD TV and a Blu-Ray DVD Player, Bedroom # 1 has Queen bed with a private bath and TV, Full Bath in hallway, Elevator access which goes from the ground level to the second level.

Level One: Main living area, Dining room, Kitchen with Bar seating for up to 6, 2 Dining tables, Laundry room, Half bath, Bedroom # 2 is Oceanfront Master suite, King bed with private bath including whirlpool tub, and TV. Bedroom # 3 has 1 Queen and 1 Double with private bath and TV.

Level Two: Bedroom # 4 Oceanfront Master suite, King bed with private bath including whirlpool tub and TV, Bedroom # 5 Oceanfront Master suite, King bed with private bath (this bathroom has a wider door, sink that is conveniently accessible, bars in wide shower and around toilet) as well as a TV, Bedroom # 6 Oceanfront Master suite, King bed with private bath including whirlpool tub, and TV Bedroom # 7 has Double Bed and Twin Bed with private bath and a TV, Laundry room.

Level Three: Master King Bedroom suite with TV and sitting area, Pet alcove (3 steps leading up to an oceanfront window seat), Private bath including whirlpool tub, Private deck.
