Sound of the Sea is an oceanfront complex with two outdoor swimming pools (closed off-season), clubhouse, and tennis court to make island living better! Walk to eateries, shopping and more! Gated community. Boat/ Trailer Parking Lot. Sorry, no family pets.

Sound of the Sea 212 North is a two-level condo with 2 bedrooms and 1 & 1/2 baths. Bedroom #1 has a king pillowtop bed, a 36" TV, and a private deck with an unobstructed ocean view. Bedroom #2 has two queen pillowtop beds. The deck off the family room has the same handsome view of the Atlantic with a bar-height table and chairs. The sitting room has a 48" Widescreen TV with Blu Ray DVD player, cable, and WIFI. A secure outdoor storage room is located on the ground level and marked #212. All outdoor and beach paraphernalia are to be kept here. Feel complimentary to use the items in the storage room including the beach bicycles. For the not-so-sunny days, there are plenty of games, movies, and books to savor indoors.

PARKING INFORMATION: Each reservation will receive 2 Gate Cards. Sound of the Sea West condos will also receive 1 Parking Pass to park one car by the building. Additional parking will be available in the overflow lot. Please note, there is no elevator access for this location. ***Lost Gate Card Fee is $75, Lost Parking Pass Fee is $50.***

Reminder: The modest complex pool will reopen in the spring for guest use!
