This is a 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom beach getaway designed for comfort and relaxation. Perfectly suited for families or groups, this home features an open-concept layout that brings everybody together in a bright and airy living space.



The kitchen flows seamlessly into the dining and living areas, making it ideal for entertaining or simply appreciating quality time after a day at the beach. Each of the four bedrooms is thoughtfully arranged to ensure restful nights, including a primary suite with a private en-suite bathroom. The three full bathrooms provide convenience and privacy for guests.



Step outside to discover one of this most beloved features—a welcoming outdoor sitting area complete with a mounted TV. Whether you're catching the big game or enjoying a movie nighttime under the stars this space is ideal for making memories. The screened-in porch offers a calming spot to appreciate morning coffee or an evening breeze, with plenty of seating.



Finest of all, this includes simple beach access just moments away, so you’re never far from the sun, sand, or surf. BED CONFIGURATION: 1 King Bed, 2 Queen Beds, 2 Bunk Beds



WHAT IS PROVIDED: Spectrum Rental Properties will provide sheets and bath towels. Beach towels and equipment is not supplied. If you would like information on beach equipment units, we are more than happy to provide you with a list.



Properties will be included with a starter kit in each full bathroom and kitchen. Each kitchen starter kit will contain a modest bottle of dish soap, two dishwasher pods, sponge, and two fragrance complimentary laundry pods.



The kitchen will also have one additional trash bag Each bathroom starter kit will contain a travel size shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, makeup wipe, and body bar. Spectrum Rental Properties is unfortunately not able to provide additional boxes/bags. This is a starter kit; anything additional will be guests responsibility to provide.

-No family pets allowed -Beach access is to the right of home number 101, will have to use stairs on boardwalk access -Property has both propane and charcoal grille
