Interior of home was completly repainted 2019/2020. New deck and covered porch added March 2021. Outdoor dinning table with seating for 7 on covered deck. New deck furnishings added for summer of 2021. Great kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Sizable eating area with seating for 7. Roomy family room has a great ocean view and has a huge (intelligent) flat screen intelligent TV, separate sitting room off of family room with ocean view. Downstairs additional room with sizable screen intelligent TV, great for separate kids space. Stereo systems (with Bluetooth) with in ceiling speakers in all common areas and outdoor speakers to listen to your favorite music while calming on the enormous outdoor deck (half of deck is covered). Spiral staircase connects the 1st and second floors. 2 cavernous master bedroom size bedrooms with queen beds (1 upstairs, 1 downstairs), 1 bedroom with 2 twin beds and 1 bedroom with 1 full bed (both downstairs). Enormous outdoor shower with hot and cold water and a separate changing area. Extensive second floor outdoor deck with covered area has dinning table and multiple Adirondack chairs to enable you to sit and relax while appreciating the view.
Linens not supplied to keep costs down, available on the island if you do not want to bring your own. Pillows and blankets are provide. Weber gas grille included. (Beds: 2 Queen, 3 Twin) In an effort to keep costs down I do not provide linens......if you would like to rent linens you may contact a local vendor to deliver and pickup at home. House has drip coffee maker as well as a K-cup. Most people do not like the taste of Emerald Isle tap water, most use bottled water. Max number of adults is 5, max number of guest 7) Exceeding max will result in loss of security deposit.
