This cavernous duplex has ample room to spread out in the well appointed kitchen and open living/dining room space. The two dining tables seat 12 with additional bar seating for four. Also on this level is a full bathroom and a enormous soundfront bedroom with a twin and queen bed. Three bedrooms are on the second floor - 1 oceanfront king master suite and 1 oceanfront queen, both with deck access and 1 soundfront bedroom with 2 twin beds). The entire third floor is an oceanfront master suite with private deck.
A private, spray off area and outdoor shower (with hot & cold water) make clean-up simple. There is an outdoor charcoal grille with picnic table seating. Up to two well-behaved dogs (depending on size, breed) are welcome with a $150 non-returnable deposit.

About the Area
Located in Emerald Isle, this vacation home is on the beach. Flatwaters Paddling and Emerald Isle Adventures are local attractions and those in the mood for shopping can visit Emerald Plantation and Beach Wheels Bike Rental. The Sweet Spot and Emerald Forest Golf are also worth visiting.
