This modern beach bungalow with open dining/living spaces was completely updated (2017-2019) to include pretty white kitchen, granite counters, updated appliances, neutral decor, & LVP floor throughout. Tastefully adorned and decorated throughout. One sizable BR on first level plus 3 more comfortable BRs upstairs, including 2 that are sea front with doors leading out to the upper level covered sea front outdoor space. Home has 2 levels of covered decks so you can thoroughly appreciate the sea view and wind. Located in Shell Cove neighborhood, directly across the street from the NC Wildlife public boat ramp facility, it's convenient and peaceful. Just a brief bicycle ride on the Em Isle bicycle path take you into town for shopping, eateries and amenities. Heaven!

A max. of two well behaved dogs only are allowed. A pet fee of $150 for the first dog and $75 for the second dog will be added to your renting fee once you confirm the number of family dogs and cats that will be staying. Please do not leave your dog unattended in the unit, unless crated. Guests are expected to pick up up after their dog(s) and to ensure that they stay off the dunes.

We require visitors to sign a rental agreement for each reservation. A link to the agreement will be included after the initial renting and must be finished in order to receive access to the unit.

Please note this unit is located in an area that is scheduled for beach renourishment during the months of February - April. A - LIKELY NOT. The bulk of the bulldozers, lights, surveying equipment, etc. is confined to the narrow area where the slurry of sand and water is being pumped directly on to the beach. Also, sand bridges will be constructed over the pipeline stretch at a minimum of every few 100 feet and at every regional beach access point to enable residents and visitors to access the water. Thus, any direct disruption will only be for a day or two. Beach nourishment is a "24-7" operation (24 hours a day - seven days a week), so progress should be very fast.
