Booking the best Atlantic Beach rental experience:

Finding your perfect rental home:

  • To get the most suitable rental home within your budget, we strongly suggest reserving in Spring or Fall. You'll enjoy lower rental rates, better selection, beautiful weather and the absence of giant crowds at restaurants, beaches, and activities. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Beaufort, NC vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday on the coast? Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with family and friends at your favorite beach.
  • The earlier your group can book, the better your selection will be. The most desirable vacation rentals are booked very early. Booking your rental home up to twelve months before your vacation is recommended. Holidays such as Christmas and Thanksgiving are excellent times to plan and reserve your rental home.
  • Some hosts and property managers offer special rates for active duty military and veterans. Ask your host or property manager if special offers are available for your family before you book.
  • Booking websites often offer customers an option to obtain vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which will generally cost anywhere between 1% - 5% of the base booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for missed vacation time as a result of personal medical-related catastrophes or weather, as well as hurricane evacuation charges, such as an unanticipated hotel overnight or extra gasoline expenses. Trip insurance might be a a welcome relief if the unforeseen happens. Ask your host for additional information.
  • Look for your local Beaufort, NC visitors guide magazine upon checking in. If your rental home doesn't have a copy, you can find them at local grocery stores, shopping centers, and visitor centers. In addition to great local stories, visitors guides have offers and deals for nearby tours and attractions.

  • Determine how many beds and the bed configuration your group needs. 4 bedroom, 2 bath home with 3 porches, & steps from the beach in Atlantic Beach has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. If you need a larger or smaller rental, use our rental home search.
  • Precise descriptions of bedrooms and bed counts & types is normally accessible on booking pages. Otherwise, email or call the host before you book the property. Remember that most property listings specify the maximum guest capacity, which usually includes pull-out couches and bunk beds.
  • Are you visiting for a single attraction or event? Try a map search to locate nearby rentals.

  • Ask questions. You may need instructions for a hot tub, elevator or washer/dryer. Contact your owner. They are there to help! A brief telephone call can prevent quite a few concerns.
  • Respecting quiet hours and parking regulations can make a stay more pleasurable. Be a good neighbor. You'll magnify your chance to make local friends, and resident neighbors can be an excellent source for finding the best local restaurants, beaches, and hangouts.
  • Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local! Residents can frequently help. Who better to ask where to get the best seafood, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for shopping?
  • Lock your vacation home while you're out. Protect your property!
  • Re-check every room of the vacation property to make sure that you've packed all belongings on check-out day. Check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden items. Clean the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Walk through the property one final time and keep an eye out for damage. We suggest inspecting the property with the property manager whenever possible. If the property manager is not available, ensure that you take pictures of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
  • Did your group have a excellent vacation? Many rental home management companies make it easy for guests to provide reviews. If your rental and/or property manager was wonderful, they would love to hear about it. If anything was out of order and they failed to correct it in a reasonable manner, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make a note as part of your comments.
