Almond House is a 3 Bedroom, 2 Full and 1 Half Bath Oceanfront Cottage! Located at the fashionable "Point" area in Emerald Isle, this home is within mins. of dining, shopping and activities. This home is located at the far west end of the island, offering an broad and sweeping stretch of sandy beach. During the off-season, discover the coast via the beach driving access located just next to the home. Equipped with High Speed Wireless Internet for your convenience!

Level One: Bedroom #1 has Queen bed with Ocean Vistas, Full Bathroom attached, and TV. Half bath. Kitchen. Breakfast nook with seating for 4. Dining area with seating for 10 and bar seating for 2. Living area with Great Vistas of the Ocean.

Level Two: Bedroom #2 has one Queen bed and two Twin beds. Bedroom #3 has a Queen bed with Ocean Vistas. Full Bath.

Up to 2 Dogs Accepted with $150 + tax Pet Fee per Dog. It is the responsibility of pet owners to ensure that they clean up after their family pets (i.e., picking up waste from property grounds). Should the guest fail to do so, an additional fee of $100 will be charged to the credit card on file.

Rents Weekly only Saturday - Saturday.

Please Note: Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are stringently prohibited unless approved by management.
