This Duplex is located within walking distance to the fishing pier, eateries, stores and arcades. Open and Covered Decks include Outdoor Furnishings!

Ground Level: Covered Parking. Foyer. Enclosed Hot/Cold Outdoor Shower.

Level One: Master Bedroom has a Queen Bed, a Covered Deck, and a Full-Bath with a Whirlpool Tub. Bedroom #2 has a Queen Bed. Bedroom #3 has a Double Bunk with Twin. Bedrooms #2 and #3 share a Full-Bath.

Level Two: Extensive open living area has Cathedral Ceilings. Dining Area. Bar seating in the Kitchen, which also has a Microwave, an Ice Maker and a Dishwasher. A Water Cooler and Bottled Water can be found in the Kitchen. Bedroom #4 has a Queen Bed. There is one Full-Bath on this level.

Conveniences include: 5 Color Cable TVs, 1 Color TV (no cable), 1 DVD Player, a Stereo, High Speed Wireless Internet, Covered Parking, Open and Covered Decks, Outdoor Furnishings, a Whirlpool Tub, a Park-Style Charcoal Grille, Cathedral Ceilings, 2 Microwaves, a Washer/Dryer, an Ice Maker, a Dishwasher, a Water Cooler, Bottled Water, and an Enclosed Hot/Cold Outdoor Shower.

  • Property management companies typically offer renters an option to purchase vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which usually costs anywhere between 1% - 5% of the reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for days missed as a result of personal medical-related issues or weather, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation costs or charges, such as an unexpected hotel or additional fuel expenses.   • Inspect the rental one final time and look for any damage. We suggest inspecting the property with the host whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the property manager is not available, ensure that you take video and pictures of the rental to record its condition.

Alternatively, if something wasn't as described, other vacationers will appreciate that you share your feedback find their best vacation rental. Please be objective.
