  • Specific information regarding bedrooms and bed counts & types is often available on booking websites. If they are not listed, reach out to the property owner before you reserve the property. You will need to determine what configuration is suitable for your trip.

  • Protect the property owner (and your things!) by locking the property while you are away, just like you would back home.
  • Don't leave anything behind! Before departing, walk through the property to confirm you've collected all personal items. Re-check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden treasure. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Document the condition of the property at check-out. We recommend taking a video during your final walk-through.
  • After your trip, leave a review! Property owners rely on great ratings to stimulate new reservations. They'll be thankful for your review. Alternatively, if something went awry, other vacationing families will appreciate that you share your review find their best rental home. Be fair with your review.
