You will have access to your own private pool and your own private hot tub that can accommodate up to six people! Multiple outdoor decks and a additional sunroom will help you take full advantage of the Crystal Coast vistas.

Ground Level: The exterior of this home has a covered area that is ideal for parking your car in the shade! There is also a hot/cold outdoor shower to take advantage of after a long day of sand and sea. This level contains a den/game room with a TV, a PlayStation 3, a futon, and a foosball table! There is also a full bathroom on the ground floor.

Level One: Bedroom #1 has a queen bed, a TV, and deck access. Bedroom #2 has a queen bed, a TV, and deck access. Bedroom #3 has a queen bed, a TV, and deck access. The three bedrooms on this floor all have access to a shared full bathroom. There is also a half bath on this floor.

Level Two: This level of the home homes a huge, open living area with a TV. There is a cavernous dining room with a sizable table that comfortably seats six and additional bar seating for five that faces the kitchen. The kitchen is entirely equipped to serve all of your dining and snacking needs with refreshed appliances and a Keurig coffee machine, toaster, and blender. Ask the Amazon Alexa Dot to play you some music or outline the weather for the next few days while you sit on the couch or prepare a meal! You will have access to ample open and covered decks with pretty colorful furnishings that can be accessed from the living room as well as all bedrooms. There is a charcoal grille on the premises, ideal for cooking out on a gorgeous evening with your event. Sip your morning coffee while you watch the kids play in the private backyard.
