Appreciate modern amenities including central air & heat, elevator, dishwasher, washer & dryer, microwave, 6 Intelligent TVs including a 64” HDTV in the main living room, ceiling fans in all rooms and wireless internet. The oceanfront kitchen opens to the dining and living area, with a spiral staircase leading to ground-level bedrooms, a second living room, eat-in kitchen, and full bath. A game and toy closet in the hallway keeps the kids entertained.

Outdoor features include a huge oceanfront pool (28x15), heated seasonally for an additional $500/week (pool occupancy limited to guest count; maintenance may require temporary closures), open and covered decks with covered dining for 16, porch furnishings, gas grille, hot/cold enclosed outdoor shower, and private walkway to the beach with an ocean sundeck on the dunes. The side deck to the front of the home includes kids’s gates for safety.

Additional Notes: Guests do not have access to the owner’s penthouse on the top floor.
