This 4 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath family friendly home is located on a private cul-de-sac in the handsome Ocean Crest neighborhood of Emerald Isle. Free from traffic and noise and just a short walk to the beach, Fanta Sea is only two blocks from the shopping, eateries and activities in the heart of Emerald Isle! Bring your favorite tropical drink and relax on the screened patio overlooking the handsome private 15' X 30' pool. Even with the ocean just around the corner, you will appreciate the ambiance of the lush maritime forest surrounding this handsomely landscaped yard. After you watch the sun set, take an evening dip and savor the color-changing lights of the pool. The living room and all four bedrooms also have Roku Intelligent TVs with the Spectrum Streaming App for local channels.

Ground Level: Outside: Covered Parking in the carport, Gas Grille, Enclosed Hot and Cold Outside Shower with changing area. Pool area has Polywood chaises and chairs with bespoke Sunbrella cushions, umbrella table and side tables. Interior: 1/2 Bath, storage room with beach cart, umbrella, beach chairs, body boards, beach tote and cooler.

Level One: Open and airy Great Room has a enormous Roku Intelligent TV and DVD player. CD Player. Well-appointed Kitchen & breakfast bar has 3 stools and a microwave and dishwasher. Kitchen includes additional-huge pancake griddle, upsized slow cooker and blender, too! Dining Area seats 6. Washer/Dryer closet. Master Bedroom #1 has a Queen Bed, Roku Intelligent TV and a Full Bath. Screened in back patio with 2 wicker chairs, a wicker rocker, a settee and table. Front deck has 2 rockers and a table.

Level Two: Bedroom #2 has a Queen Bed and a Roku Intelligent TV. Bedroom #3 has a Twin Bed and a Double/Twin Bunk Bed (in the same room) with a Roku Intelligent TV. Bedroom #4 has a Queen Bed, Roku Intelligent TV and access to the private deck. (Bedrooms #2, #3 and #4 share a hall bath). Ceiling Fans in all rooms! Gas Grille is included for your convenience. High Speed Wireless Internet Supplied! Port-a-crib/playpen and a highchair for the little ones!

Please Note: Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are stringently prohibited unless approved by management.

When to visit & When to book:

• The sooner your group can reserve a home, the easier your search will be. The most desirable vacation homes are booked early. Booking your rental home up to 12 months before your vacation is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to search for and reserve your rental home.
• June, July, and August are the most expensive months in Emerald Isle. Booking your vacation rental in the Fall or Spring shoulder seasons is our favorite way to save money on your vacation. Rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of acceptable homes. Many vacationers use this method to reserve larger homes, or to reserve an oceanfront vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during the Summer. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Beaufort, NC vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation near the ocean? Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with loved ones at the beach.
• Veterans and Active Duty Military members may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property owner if your vacationing group qualifies for a special promotion or discount.
• Property management companies often offer guests an option to obtain vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which generally costs between 1% - 5% of the base stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed vacation time as a result of personal medical-related emergencies or weather disasters, as well as hurricane evacuation charges, such as an unexpected hotel stay or additional gas expenses. Trip insurance might be a a life-saver if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your property manager for additional information.
• Look for your local visitors guide when you check-in. If your rental home doesn't have a copy, you can find them at local grocery stores and visitor centers. In addition to great local stories, visitor guide magazines have discounts for nearby accommodations, restaurants and tours.
