About this Property

Windoon East is a 5 bedroom, 3 bath OCEANFRONT duplex with over 2100 square feet of living space that sleeps 14 people. The kitchen was thoroughly modernized in the fall of 2017 and there is new furnishings in the living area and tons of new furnishings everywhere the rest of the home. The main level has a completely supplied kitchen with all brand new appliances in 2017, a granite topped eat-in island that can seat 4 people, a living/dining area with all new furnishings in 2017 and a queen sized bedroom with full bath. The second floor has 3 king sized rooms, 2 of which are oceanfront with decks, and 2 full sized baths. The third floor is a ideal getaway for the children including 4 single beds and a queen sized bed and is supplied with tons of toys and games. The duplex has complimentary WIFI, 5 cable TVs, charcoal constructed-in grille, DVD players, beach furnishings and toys, and hot/cold enclosed outdoor shower. Beach games include bocce ball, corn hole, and a water table for the little ones. There is plenty of room to play and rest on the wide enormous beach that is only a very brief walk from the home. Duplex is very private with its own separate walkway to the beach. The decking areas are all newly remodeled to meet current code standards.
Please note that Windoon East is rented by the week only during the months of April through October from Sunday to Sunday. For the months of November through March, a minimum stay of three nights is mandatory. Linens are included at no additional fee for reservations of 7 days or longer. For stays of fewer than 7 days, an additional fee of $100 will be added if linen service is desired.
