Lovingly remodeled by the owners, of whom one is a professional interior designer, the living area includes 10 full size recliners and a nooked bench seat. Gather around the 55 inch Intelligent TV with sound bar in the living room or watch a game of pool played across the room on the striking Oldhausen pool table. There's plenty of room as red leather bench seats hug two walls of the pool table and kitchen areas. The dining area graciously hosts three separate dining tables, a sizable rectangular table that seats 8 restfully, a appealing table of four, and an elevated bistro table for 4 at the bar. And the kitchen~~my goodness! The kitchen provides everything you could possibly want to prepare, prepare, and serve a opulent feast. This well appointed kitchen is delightfully supplied with two dishwashers, two fridges, 2 coffee pots, and all the necessary appliances and silverware. The laundry room is ideally located off of the kitchen and includes the aforementioned additional refrigerator and stacked washer/dryer. A half-bath is located off of the dramatic top floor staircase. Two of the four king bedrooms are highlighted with direct sea outdoor space access. Three of these four king bedrooms are en suite (be sure to check out the pretty picture of that illustrious tiled bronze and pumpkin bathroom!) The remaining king bedroom shares a hall bathroom with the queen bed/twin sleeper/couch chair bedroom. Splendor, rhythm, and sophistication afford each bedroom its own character and every bedroom includes a flat screen hi-definition, Bluetooth-compatible TV with Blu-Ray DVD player. Yes, in every bedroom!! For early risers, a second floor coffee station will start your morning as you slip outdoor to watch the sun peak over the water.

Positioned ideally on the bottom floor of Adagio is a peaceful, 'get-away from it all' crash pad for children of all ages! This additional/media room includes the same premier TV system as in the living area so snuggle into the inviting king-sized davenport and catch up on your favorite programs and movies! Don't forget your popcorn and drink! The third refrigerator is located right outdoor the media room~simple access for visitors using the pool/hut tub/media room.....and there's a microwave in the media room to boot!

The bottom floor opens directly to the six person hot tub and invigorating swimming pool. The enclosed lawn around the pool sports a stimulating calming area~just add sunshine! Upon entering from the bottom floor, visitors will find immediate elevator access for ease in traversing the remaining floors of Adagio.

There's nothing more alluring than strolling down your own private walkway to that boundless blue sea! A double benched landing affords visitors the most expansive of vistas. Adagio abounds with plentiful outdoor space seating on both decks as well. You'll want to watch the sun rise and set off of the two sizable decks supplied with rocking chairs, lounges, and picnic table. The owners give beach chairs and beach towels for visitors' use.

Parking is never a concern as the driveway will pleasantly accept up to seven cars. As the owners are fellow dog lovers and owners, they understand the importance of bringing your dog on holiday. Adagio is pet affable for dogs under 50 pounds! Please understand a non-returnable pet fee will be charged per dog.
