Features over 1375 heated/cooled square feet, ELEVATOR, K* 2Q, 3 flat screen TV's, 3 DVDs, limestone floor, enormous master suite with Calcutta granite in master bath, jetted tub with separate walk-in shower, double sinks and access to the oceanfront furnished terrace from the master bedroom and living area. Other features include a cavernous completely outfitted kitchen with granite counter tops, bespoke cabinetry, stainless steel appliances (side by side refrigerator, ceramic top stove/over, microwave and dishwasher). 9-foot ceilings throughout and a full-size front loader washer/dryer. Located on the 3rd floor, this attractively appointed condo overlooks the majestic ocean/beach and Grande Villas pool and pavilion. The master bedroom features a King size bed and marvelous ocean vistas. The second bedroom has 2 Queens with an adjoining full bath which has a tiled walk-in shower. Weather permitting, complimentary beach chairs and umbrellas are set up on beach from 8:00am-11:00am and then they are picked up from 4:00pm-6:00pm.
