Stunning luxury vinyl plank floor throughout the living area and comfortable, plush carpet in the bedrooms, a kitchen, dining area for 4, master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, and a second bedroom with adjoining bathroom. The open living area and each bedroom have their own flat screen T.V.s with cable or use your own provider to stream your favorite programs. Cable and WiFi included or log into your personal streaming channel. Granite counter tops in the kitchen and bathrooms are upgrades from most beach units. Our place is a top floor (elevator close by), two bedroom and two bathroom, ocean front condo with spectacular bird’s eye vistas of the surf and sand. The kitchen is equipped to make those special meals when you don't want to eat out at one of our many delicious eateries. Savor eating inside, on the deck, or pack up your meal and walk to the beach to watch the sunset!

The kitchen, dining area, and living room are an open space, great for calming. The table seats 4 people and is huge enough to play games or do puzzles! There are 2 bar stools for additional seating. The living room and master bedroom include intelligent TVs with cable, BluRay and DVR. The bathrooms were newly upgraded with sizable, walk in ceramic tiled showers. Plenty of storage throughout the condo to put away your items. There are two sand volleyball courts adjacent to the property including a covered pavilion. For those who don't want sandy feet, the seasonal pool is inviting with chairs, tables and umbrellas. Ready for a little more exercise, bring your equipment and take advantage of the freshly upgraded outdoor sportsplex - tennis, pickle ball and basket ball courts, corn hole and miniature golf.

Of course nothing beats walking on the beach, watching the waves or reading a good book. Bring your beach chairs, towels, cooler or whatever you need to spend the day on the beach.
