1st floor condo in a very family aligned resort that offers many quality amenities that accepts you to stay on site . You will have many options to fill your stay with priceless memories. Our condo receives updates nearly every year. with two new bathrooms and new in the great room and bedrooms, new kitchen and floors on deck offers a great view of the courtyard and huge pool / water slide/ minimal ocean view. The main living area is being painted, The baseboard has been replaced in the entire unit. There is new furnishings in the master bedroom, second bedroom and two new swivel chairs in living area. The entire condo has new luxury vinyl floor. The deck has new composite decking, bar height counter and new high chairs.
There is a walkway from your front door to the beach, less than 1000 feet. The boardwalk to the beach has been extended, giving you easier access. The beaches are enormous, very clean and the ocean is usually user friendly.
