  • Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local! Residents can often point you in the right direction. Who better to ask where to order delicious takeout, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for fine dining?
  • Keep the property locked while you're gone! Don't let crooks ruin your vacation.
  • Don't leave anything behind! Before departing, walk through the rental property to make sure you've collected everything. Check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden items. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
