HVAC, Ceiling Fans, Interior Washer & Dryer. Card Table with Chairs, Stadium Chair, Pack-N-Play, High Chair. Covered Deck with furnishings.

Master Bedroom #1 has a Queen Bed, Deck Access and ocean vistas. Bedroom #2 has a Queen Bed and shared full bath. Bedroom #3 has Double/Double Bunk Set and a full shared bath.

(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are stringently prohibited unless approved by management.
