Oceanside Villas 13 is an Oceanview Duplex with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. It is cozilynestled in the handsome beach town of Atlantic Beach, just one block away from the ocean! Not feeling the beach? Hang out with friends and family at the community pool. The Oceanside Villas Community is just mins. away from marvelous local eateries and stores! This property is equipped with high-speed wireless internet so you can stay connected throughout your beach vacation.

Level One: This level of the home includes the living room with a flat-panel TV, ample seating, and access to the impressive vistas that the deck has to offer. The dining room with seating for six is also on this level as well as the gourmet kitchen, which provides additional bar seating for four. The kitchen is entirely equipped with everything you could need and is elegantly decorated with a modern, yet beachy feel! There is also a half-bathroom on this level.

Level Two: All of the bedrooms can be found on this level. Master Bedroom #1 has a king bed, a flat-panel TV, and its own private bathroom. Bedroom #2 has two twin beds, a flat-screen TV, and access to a shared bathroom. Bedroom #3 has a queen bed, a flat-screen TV, and access to the full bathroom that it shares with bedroom #2.

Linens includes one king, one queen, and two twins.
