A Splendid, cavernous beach hideaway for you, your family and friends, in highly sought after Emerald Isle. Unwind and savor vistas of both the ocean and the sound. Ideal for families and friends!

You are welcomed to the unit on the second floor, which features a sitting area with pullout queen couch, desk and full size washer/dryer. This area is the ideal additional space for kids to eat lunch after a nice day at the beach, appreciate books and games that are included or ideal for working from ‘home’. This floor is also home to both guest rooms - one with a queen bed and one with with bunk beds (twin on top, full on the bottom). Both rooms feature intelligent TVs and share a private deck. The bunk room features an en suite bath. An additional huge, tiled full bath is on this level as well.

When you make your way to the top level you’ll arrive to an open concept, enormous 3rd floor living/kitchen area with a entirely equipped kitchen and 10-foot deck overlooking Bogue Sound. On this deck you'll find outdoor seating, a gas firepit and delightful sunset vistas! Down the hall you'll arrive at the primary suite, boasting a freshly appointed king size bed, en suite with dual sinks, separate jetted tub and walk-in shower. The master suite also features a intelligent TV, roomy walk-in closet and a private 10-foot deck overlooking the ocean.

The ground level features an outdoor shower and a massive garage which can be used for covered parking or a shaded game area. Here, you'll find foosball, corn hole, giant jenga, a sizable propane grille and beach chairs/wagon and sand toys.

The three-story home is a duplex (side by side) but features divided porches for privacy. Ocean and sound vistas from 4 huge decks!

Nearest beach access is only 0.5miles on Ocean Drive. Just a 3-4 min. walk to the ocean side beach. The sound is located just across the street behind Flip Flops clothing store.
