Gorgeously maintained and decorated 4 bedrooms plus additional room, waterfront home has 3 sound front bedrooms and 1 ocean view bedroom plus additional overflow room on the sound front. Sleeps 10. Located 3rd row from the ocean and directly on the sound. It is an painless walk to the pristine sandy beaches of Emerald Isle or hop on your boat from the convenient shared dock and find your own island! High elevation provides pretty vistas from every room. There are 2 living areas, reverse/ open floor plan makes the most of the unsurpassed vistas. There is a storage garage and tons of
parking.

Located in Emerald Isle, this vacation home is on the waterfront. Theodore Roosevelt Natural Area and Hoop Pole Creek Nature Trail reflect the area's natural beauty and area attractions include Flatwaters Paddling and Professor Hacker's Lost Treasure Golf and Raceway. Emerald Isle Adventures and The Sweet Spot are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.

Many vacationers use this strategy to find larger homes within budget, or to book an oceanfront vacation rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during June, July, and August.
  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager or host whether your family qualifies for a special promotion or discount.
