You will be taken away by the Ocean Vistas from the min. you enter the unit! Savor the Oceanfront Community Pool after playing on the beach all day! Sun Bay #6 is equipped with High Speed Wireless Internet for your convenience.

The striking Sun Room at Sun Bay #6 opens to the Master Bedroom, Living Room, and Deck. Bedroom #1 is a Master Bedroom with King Bed and private ensuite bath. Bedroom #2 has a Queen Bed and TV. Open Living Area has great Ocean vistas with Deck Access. Very Sizable Kitchen is also on this level.

(1) Guests must pay in full when booking through Vacation Rental By Owner. The card included at the time of booking will be charged for the total. Guest will receive follow up communications including Management Company’s Vacation Rental Agreement for e-signature which is required for all stays.
(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are stringently prohibited unless approved by management.

  • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property management company or host if your vacationing group qualifies for a reduced rate.
  • Property management companies usually offer renters an option to add vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which normally costs 1% - 5% of the base stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed days as a result of personal medical-related issues or weather, as well as ensuing additional evacuation costs, such as an unanticipated hotel stay or additional gas expenses.   • Inspect the rental a final time and look for damages to contents or the property itself. We suggest walking through with the property manager whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the manager is not available, take photos of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
  • Remember to leave a review! Hosts rely on excellent ratings to drive new reservations. They'll be thankful for your review. Alternatively, if something wasn't as described, other vacationing families will be thankful you shared your experience find their best vacation home. Be fair with your review.
