Beach access is just across the parking lot, up a few steps, via a boardwalk that features oceanfront bench seating. This particular building is also located right next to fashionable amenities like the pool and tennis/pickleball courts. It is a short driving distance to grocery stores, eateries, and entertainment.

Home Conveniences: Flat screen Intelligent TV's in each room. Oceanside porch for relaxing. Upgraded WiFi. Ample seating for relaxing and appreciating meals.

Kitchen: Well outfitted. Dishware, flatware, cooking and baking silverware, coffee maker, dishwasher, microwave, stove, oven, and full-size refrigerator.

General: Central A/C and heating. Stack washer and dryer in hallway closet (BYOS, Bring Your Own Soap). Bath towels supplied. Bed linens also supplied, with beds made upon arrival. A starter pack of paper products (paper towels, toilet paper, dishwasher soap, trashbags) will get you through the first nighttime or two.

Parking: 2 cars. Onsite parking with parking passes is required. They are left in the property for each guest. First come, first serve.

Pool: Available May - October (closing dates are determined based on staffing and weather). Code is included to pool in the welcome book located inside the property.

On-Premise Conveniences: Tennis Courts, 2 Pools, Trash Disposal, Picnic Tables, Charcoal Grills (3 just by the condo), first come, first serve, and self-cleanup after use.
