The Spyglass is a second row home that has been elegantly modernized into a beachy haven with shiplap walls and designer decor.

The vaulted living room features two slipcovered Grandin Road deep seat couches ideal for afternoon napping or watching the game on the big screen TV.

The kitchen is entirely outfitted with pots, pans, dishes and silverware. A new refrigerator with ice and cold water dispenser was freshly installed. A separate coffee and tea station features a new Ninja coffee machine that brews both grounds and pods. There is also a Virtuoso burr grinder and a Bonavita electric tea kettle. A selection of coffee pods, tea bags, creamers and sweeteners are available to welcome you to your first morning at the beach.

The primary bedroom is a newer addition to the home and takes up the entire back wing. A stately king bed with Pottery Barn linens takes up one half of the room, while the other half is an enormous sitting room with a slipcovered Grandin Road deep seat sectional and sizable screen T.V.. The en-suite primary bath has a double sink and an egg-shaped designer soaker tub (note that there is no shower but the tub does have a hand sprayer).

The second and third bedrooms are mirror images. They both have comfortable queen beds and en-suite bathrooms with double sink vanities, deluxe showers, and enchanting skylights that let you feel like you're showing outdoors. (Please note that one bedroom has a TV, while the other does not).

The very private fourth bedroom is in the upstairs addition and has a king bed. The room features a wall of windows looking out at the ocean and its own mini-split AC for comfort. The en-suite bathroom is the most impressive in the home, with a huge, tiled alcove bathtub on one end and an upsized shower on the other.

For those who need to check in with work, there is a private office off the primary bedroom supplied with a desk, office chair, monitor, keyboard, mouse, meeting camera, and printer.

The Spyglass is located across the street from the beach access. A selection of beach equipment and toys are available for guest use. There is also a roomy hot/cold water outdoor shower for rinsing off.
