Important to Know

After booking, guests are required to complete a simple rental agreement through Away by the Sea. The agreement outlines home rules, property details, and local requirements to help ensure a smooth and delightful stay.

House Rules

• Keep it cozy, not crazy! We ask that there be no events or sizable gatherings to ensure a peaceful stay for everybody.

• Quiet time is 11 PM to 9 AM — please help us keep things peaceful for our neighbors and fellow beach lovers.

• Please let us know right away if anything is amiss so we can get it handled quickly for you. Text is best!

• No family pets allowed at this property.

• Towel Care: Please do not use the white bath towels, hand towels, or washcloths to remove makeup, self-tanner, hair dye, or clean up spills or messes. Black makeup towels are supplied specifically for makeup removal. Damaged or permanently stained towels may result in replacement charges.

• Grille Use: You’re welcome to savor the grille during your stay! Please leave it in the same condition you found it—cleaned and brushed after use. A $25 cleaning fee may be applied if additional cleaning is required.

• Boat & Trailer Parking: Boats and trailers are welcome, but they must be parked on the driveway or other designated paved areas. Do not park on the grass, as it may damage the lawn and underground sprinkler system.

• Starter kit supplied with essential items for your arrival.

• Minimum age is 25 years old to book at this property.

• For guest safety, a Ring Doorbell camera is installed at the front door (video only, no audio).

TRASH & RECYCLING

Before checkout, please take all trash and recycling to the curb according to the collection schedule and instructions posted on the refrigerator.

If trash and recycling are not placed at the curb as directed, a $50 fee will be charged to cover the additional trip required for disposal.
