The Ocean Club Resort resonates with southern appeal. Constructed in the Charlestonian style of architecture, the open living space of the villas harmonizes with the lavish maritime environment. All villas have completely equipped kitchens, 1-2 bedrooms, 2 baths, washers/dryers and balconies. As the coastal destination resort, The Ocean Club offers every luxury. Featuring 3 pools including a gated Oceanfront heated pool, Soundfront pool, and kids's pool (pools are closed in the off-season), there is no end of things to do at the resort. For those who want to discover the Crystal Coast, shopping, dining, golf, eco-touring, charter wind surfing, fishing and scuba diving are just a few of the activities available close by.

Ocean Club I-104 is a first-floor, nearly-oceanfront condo with 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The condo is equipped with high-speed wireless internet for your convenience and there are three flat-panel TVs for your entertainment as well as some cable channels and a Blu-Ray player. Savor the convenience of in-unit stackable laundry so you won't have to travel far to make sure you've got dry beach towels for tomorrow! The entirely-equipped kitchen includes an oven, a refrigerator with an attached ice maker, a microwave, and a dishwasher, as well as extras like a Keurig coffee maker and blender - hello, beachside smoothies and margaritas!

Total linens includes one queen and two twins.

Bedroom #1 has a queen bed, a flat-screen TV, and a private bathroom. Bedroom #2 has 2 twin beds. There is also a den with a couch and flat-screen TV and the living room has a sectional, 2 armchairs, and the third flat-screen TV.

Your rental includes access to a community lounge, exercise center, and modest game room. Access to the soundside fishing pier and launch aras for kayaks and paddleboards is also available. Grilling is just a few steps away via community park grille access.

Linens and towels included with beds made (weekly stays only).

Rents weekly from Sunday to Sunday.

Nightly units are allowed year-round with a 2-nighttime minimum.

Please Note: Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are stringently prohibited unless approved by management.

Located in Salter Path, this condo is by the ocean.
