Ground level cavernous conference room for 150 next to pool courtyard. Ideal for meetings of all kinds: work seminars, weddings or family gatherings. These events can also be incorporated with a outstanding beach hideaway! All visitors to Summer Winds have full use of the entire range of recreational activities.

Summer Winds B-331 is an Direct Oceanfront 3-Bedroom, 2-Bath Third Floor condo. The Living area has a 52 inch Intelligent TV with cable streaming app and access to other apps, electronic fireplace with heater, original artwork & covered deck with furnishings. Dining area. Kitchen/Bar with microwave & dishwasher. Master Bedroom has a King Bed with 42 inch Intelligent TV with cable streaming app and access to ther apps, and a Full Bath. Bedroom #2 has a Queen Bed with a 36 inch Intelligent TV with cable streaming app and access to other apps with Roku Express Plus. Bedroom #3 has a Twin Bunk Set & Twin Bed and 25 inch Intelligent TV with cable streaming app and access to other apps with Roku Express Plus. Bedrooms #2 & #3 share a Full Bath.

NOTE: On Units 120, 135, 222, 235, 301, 331 420, 442: Balcony has shoring posts installed until permanent repairs can be made to the fascia. No more than 5 people on the balcony at a time until shoring posts are removed. All units: There are temporary stairs at some stacks while HOA completes stairway work. All elevators are operational.

(1) Guests must pay in full when booking through Vacation Rental By Owner. The card supplied at the time of booking will be charged for the total. Guest will receive follow up communications including Management Company’s Vacation Rental Agreement for e-signature which is required for all stays.
(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are stringently prohibited unless approved by management.

Located in Salter Path, this condo is by the ocean. Professor Hacker's Lost Treasure Golf and Raceway and Country Club of the Crystal Coast are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those in the mood for shopping can visit Beach Wheels Bike Rental and Coral Bay Shopping Center.
