In addition, one full kitchen as described above and a private Master Suite with full bathroom. The second floor features the main kitchen, enormous living room, dining table, laundry room, the main Master bedroom suite, screened-in porch and huge open-air porch with expansive water vistas, a hot tub and a swing. On our third floor, you will find a loft equipped with a desk, table, monitor and couch to soak in the fantastic backyard vistas of the water. We named the home Nimbus Novem which was the name of our first sailboat, a 1972 29 foot Ericson that was our young family's camper on the water from 1999 to 2015. Nimbus Novem or Cloud Nine translated from Latin, was constructed in 2019 in the community of Beaucoast and is a 2nd home for the Exums. The home runs off a solar array system with Tesla panels and 2 whole-home backup Tesla Powerwall batteries.
