Ground Level: Living Room with TV & DVD Player has a seating area, a Twin Day Bed and a table for two or three. Kitchenette equipped with a Fridge, Microwave, Toaster Oven, and more. Full Bath on Ground Level. Note: No Central Air Conditioning on Ground Level - There is a Wall A/C Unit and a Dehumidifier to cool the space. Ground Bedroom #1 has a Queen Bed. There are two entrances to the Ground Floor from outside but none connect directly to the main level of the home.
Level One: The roomy Main Living area has direct access to the uncovered deck right from the living room. Appreciate your evenings by taking in the coastal vistas and sounds while calming outside on your private deck. Dining area seats 6, with a second table seating 4-ideal for overflow diners or family game time! Living Area includes 3 TVs, 2 DVD Players, stereo/cd player and a Wet Bar. The well equipped kitchen has a microwave, toaster-oven, blender, and dishwasher in addition to the major appliances. Bedroom #2 has a King Bed, a Private Bath, and access to the Oceanview Deck. Bedroom #3 has a Queen Bed & a Twin Bed with access to the Oceanview Deck. A Full-Bath connects Bedroom #3 and the Laundry Room.
