This Almost Oceanfront home is just begging you to come sit on the porch and savor the Aqua View! With its 3 Bedrooms and 2 Baths, it is ideal for a family vacation to Emerald Isle! Just across the street from the beach access for easiest access.

Linens: Bedroom #1 has a Queen Bed and shared Bath with Bedroom #3. Bedroom #2 has a Queen Bed & Private Bath. Bedroom #3 has a Queen Bed and shared Bath with Bedroom #1.

Conveniences include: Wireless Internet Access, 4 TVs, 4 DVD Players, a Stereo/CD Player, a Microwave, a Dishwasher, a Washer/Dryer, an Outdoor Shower (cold only), and Covered and Uncovered Decks with Furnishings. There is also the added benefit of a beach canopy for guest use!

Linens and Towels supplied with Beds Made for Weekly stays.

No Smoking.

Up to 2 Dogs Accepted with the All Inclusive Pet Policy for Weekly stays – No Fee! It is the responsibility of pet owners to ensure that they clean up after their family pets (i.e., picking up waste from property grounds). Should the guest fail to do so, an additional fee of $100 will be charged to the credit card on file.

Rents Weekly only Saturday-Saturday.

Please Note:
(1) Guests must pay in full when booking through Vacation Rental By Owner. The card supplied at the time of booking will be charged for the total. Guest will receive follow up communications including Management Company’s Vacation Rental Agreement for e-signature which is required for all stays.
(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are stringently prohibited unless approved by management.

Located in Emerald Isle, this vacation home is by the ocean. Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with friends and family at your favorite beach.
  • Book your vacation home as early as possible. Rental schedules generally become available a year in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many groups reserve their Summer rental homes during Winter holiday get-togethers. Book before these holidays for best selection.
  • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager or host if your group qualifies for a special rate.
  • Management companies and individual rental owners usually offer their guests an option to add vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which costs between 1% - 5% of the base booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed time as a result of medical-related catastrophes or weather, as well as evacuation costs, such as an unexpected hotel overnight or additional gasoline expenses. Trip insurance might be a a bank account-saver if the unforeseen occurs. Ask the property owner for specifics.

  • Document the condition of the property at check-out. We recommend taking a video during your final walk-through.

If your property and/or property management company was terrific, they always love to hear your praise. If anything was wrong and they failed to correct it within reason, or if the vacation rental wasn't as described, you'll want to make it a point as part of your comments.
